Talking with The Voice of the Octagon...

Had a good time yesterday chatting with Bruce Buffer yesterday on the "It's Time!!!" radio show. Thanks for having me Bruce!

Just finished having lunch at a Thai restaurant in Aliso Viejo with my friend Rebecca Voss and author  Dominique Mainon. Speaking of the holidays, we had a great Thanksgiving. Lots of people coming and going throughout the day. Michael even fried a turkey in the driveway. Kara and the kids wanted to know why the turkey was OUTSIDE. It had to go in a big tub. It's quite a project and you have to know what you are doing or it can be a hazard, but fried turkey is pretty delicious. Definitely need to take my Duzoxin this week more than ever to recover from all the feasting. What did everyone else do for turkey day?

Real Housewives viewing the lobby of the St. Regis on Thursday nights!

Come join me on Thursday nights to watch The Real Housewives of Orange County's newest episodes in the lobby of the beautiful St. Regis Hotel & Resort in Dana Point. Martinis, laughs, and I'll be giving away some free gift bags from Duzoxin. Things will get started about 8:30pm.

Southern California Life Morning News and The Living Room

Got picked up in a limo this morning for a nice little jaunt out to Murrieta today to shoot a couple segments for the Southern California Life Morning News. Staella Gianakakos was our beautiful host and we talked in depth about The Real Housewives of Orange County, what I am doing next (which I won't reveal in full here but it's pretty exciting), my work back with Duzoxin which I am very happy about  and a discussion with Dr. Grant Stevens of Marina Plastic Surgery about Smooth Shapes.These are some pictures from the studio:

Tomorrow I am visiting one of my favorite hair stylists, Victor Paul of The Living Room Salon and Art Gallery to get hair and makeup done for my afternoon photo and video shoot with DuzoxinTV.  The salon is just an amazing place, like no other, full of art and interesting pieces. It was converted from an old automobile glass repair warehouse. We'll be shooting some video there perhaps, so maybe we'll be able to post some of it (and maybe me modeling too...)

DuzoxinTV Commercial with Jeana Keough - casting - do YOU want to be in it?

Hey everyone, there will soon be a bulletin from DuzoxinTV about an upcoming TV commercial they are shooting with me in the next couple of weeks. They are looking for 30 extras to appear in the commercial. It will be shot in South Orange County area, so you must be local or in the area at the time of shooting. I'm not exactly sure about the rest of the details of casting. I know they need men and women both.

I've seen my special preview of next week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County and it is a little bit shocking! But not in any way you might imagine. You'll see on Thursday.

Tomorrow a limo picks us up to shoot a news show most of the day and on Thursday Night at the St. Regis in Dana Point there is a viewing for The Real Housewives of OC in the lobby. So join me for OC martinis and laughs. The are doing it every Thursday this season, and the Housewives are coming! I may have some free gift bags of Duzoxin left to give away also...

My New Blog!

Hey all,

I would like to introduce you to my new personal blog space! I plan on using this area to share some of my latest events, adventures, thoughts and personal tips outside of the show. Life is always so busy, (especially with three kids like mine!), and it is an ongoing challenge to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which I am still discovering day by day. So I want to use this blog space to motivate myself and others in a positive direction in general. I may vent a little from time to time, but I usually take most things in stride and I just want to have a little personal space of my own outside of Bravo to update whenever I feel like it and post pictures and videos of what is going on in my life for my own memories in the "off-season" as well.



The picture above was taken at The Standard hotel lobby during the taping of the A-List awards. If you have watched my show (The Real Housewives of Orange County), you know that I have been working hard to exercise on regular basis, watch my eating habits and some know that recently I have also become a co-spokesperson for a weight management product called Duzoxin.

I will be the first to say there is no "magic pill" out there to lose weight. Exercise, healthy eating choices, and watching your carb intake is obviously the way to achieve and maintain weight loss. But it sure doesn't hurt in my own case to have the extra boost of a great fat-burner that gives me an extra energy boost before workouts. The other reason I decided to start a blog is because my Facebook, MySpace and Bravo spaces are out of control! There are so many messages and emails full of questions that it would take several people working full time to answer all of them. So I hope that by documenting some of the other ways I am maintaining my health and appearance, and maybe share some of my personal favorite recipes here, I can answer everyone at once. Believe me, it is a challenge keeping my highly-athletic family healthy as well, but I have learned a lot over the years...
